Getting Started

How long does a scan take?

5-15 minutes depending on your site size and plan. The Starter plan scans up to 500 pages, Growth up to 2,000, and Agency up to 5,000.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Kenvada GEO?

No. Most fixes are copy-paste: download a file, paste code into your CMS, or upload to your server. We provide platform-specific instructions for Shopify and WordPress.

Billing

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade anytime — prorated for the current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

How are monthly prompts counted?

One prompt unit is one lookup sent to the observation source (Google Search via DataForSEO). A visibility check costs one unit per prompt you submit (up to 10 per check). A Share of Voice run costs one unit per keyword (up to 5) × runs (default 10) × brands (your brand plus up to 5 competitors) — for example, 2 keywords × 10 runs × 2 brands = 40 units. A lookup that is served from the 7-day cache, or that was never sent because the observation source is not configured, costs nothing; a lookup that was sent and then failed at the source still counts as one unit. Before a run starts we check that the most it could cost still fits your plan.

Technical

What AI engines do you observe?

One source: Google Search results (AI Overview + organic), observed from a US · desktop · English vantage via DataForSEO. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other assistants are not queried. Fix modules still cover their crawlers (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and others) through robots.txt and access checks.

How often does monitoring refresh?

Monitoring is available from the dashboard: you start an AI Search Observation check or a Share of Voice run when you want one, and each run is recorded against your prompt quota. We do not currently promise an automatic refresh schedule.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for database, Clerk for authentication, and Cloudflare R2 for file storage. We don't share your data with third parties.

Results

How quickly will I see improvements?

Technical fixes (robots.txt, schema, llms.txt) are live as soon as you deploy them, and a re-scan verifies that. When or whether any AI engine reflects a change is outside our control and is not something we predict. AI Search Observation records what Google Search shows for your prompts on each check.

What's a good GEO Score?

GEO Score is an internal metric for prioritization and progress tracking (heuristic-v1), not a Google metric. Use it to compare your own scans over time; we do not predict how long a given improvement takes.
